Refund and Exchange Policy
- Digital Services & Subscriptions: Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if unused or if a technical issue prevents access.
- Off-Platform Transactions (e.g., WhatsApp or other direct deals): We do not handle or mediate purchases made outside our platform. Any purchases made via external links or messaging platforms are between the buyer and the creator/business.
- Service Failures or Bugs: If a platform error causes a failed payment for a service we offer (e.g., a theme or premium feature), we’ll fix the issue or issue a full refund.
- Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
